- Phyllis Smith, M.Ed., BCBA has years of experience working with children with and without disabilities. Her experience also includes having a brother with Down syndrome.
- After teaching thirty-one years in the field of general and special education, Phyllis retired to begin her second career in behavior analysis.
- Her specialty areas include Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, reading disabilities, and parent training.
- Her philosophy is the earlier the intervention, the greater the chances of meeting goals. She truly enjoys helping parents stand up to the challenge of letting their children know parents are in charge.
