- Jessica has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2004 and has been serving children and families with special needs since 2001.
- She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Biology from McKendree University in 2004, and her masters in Psychology Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Nevada-Reno in 2009.
- In addition to over 15 years working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, Jessica has worked as a Foster Care Case Manager and Program Director for residential treatment facilities for adults with developmental disabilities in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Jessica has experience implementing interventions with individuals across a myriad of settings including residential programs, detention centers, clinics, homes, and schools.
- Jessica is passionate about fusing the rigor of behaviorism with the compassion of collaboration of psychotherapy to assist individuals and families to lead their most fulfilled lives.
- She is an active member of Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis (TABA) and Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
