  • Ms. Pedone began her training as a behavior analyst in 1987. She completed her undergraduate degree in Social Psychology in 1998 while working in a variety of positions including: recreational therapy, management, vocational and residential program coordination services to adults with dual diagnoses of developmental delay and other emotional, and mental health disorders, including autism spectrum and related disorders.
  • Ms. Pedone supervised clinicians via early intervention programs in South Florida while taking graduate classes in applied behavior analysis at the University of Nevada, Reno. She received board-certification on 2003.
  • Her research and professional presentations have included comparison of sign language and PECS to evaluate which results in greater vocalizations among children diagnosed with language delays and providing parent training models to at-risk youth and pregnant teens in foster care programs.
  • Ms. Pedone has worked as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, Division of Applied Research and Education program prior to her move to Nashville, TN in 2008.
  • Currently providing ABA services in Davidson, Wilson, & Rutherford counties
